Guided Meditations For Traumatic Brain Injury Journeys

Watch on YouTube

From Deana’s video description

Guided meditations created with input from traumatic brain injury (TBI) survivors and shaped around experiences they identified as meaningful in their own journeys. The TBI Journey: Exploring Again collection offers meditation and awareness practices for moments of overwhelm, sensory overload, mental fatigue, racing or repetitive thoughts, feeling disconnected from your body, difficulty focusing, and times when it can be hard to trust yourself or what you're experiencing. The collection is organized around three areas: Finding Your Ground — creating space when thoughts, emotions, sensations, or daily life feel like too much. Being With Your Body — reconnecting with breath, sensation, your physical experience, and trust in your body as you explore again. Resting the Mind — offering the thinking mind a place to rest, creating space from constant thoughts, and reconnecting with the part of you that remains present through change. These meditations aren't about getting back to who you used to be.
